To help players out on this front, the DOTA 2 community of modders is constantly hard at work building alternate skins for the game's characters. As a competitive player, it's nice to be able to make some small aesthetic changes to keep things fresh while pouring insane amounts of time into the game. The community's extreme commitment to the game is a major part of why DOTA 2 and other MOBAs (like Heroes of the Storm) make such great e-sports entertainment. Dedicated players spend hundreds of hours mastering their preferred characters, so that they are ready for the next match. In the world of MOBAs, strategy and skill come above all else.
